THE PRODUCT PROCESSING TIME DEPENDS ON THE TIME FRAME OF THE QUALITY CHECK AND THE PACKAGING. THE PROCESSING TIME IS THE TIME FROM WHEN WE RECEIVE YOUR ORDER TO PHYSICALLY DISPATCHING IT. LARGER ORDERS WILL BE DELAYED A FEW DAYS, AS IT NORMALLY TAKES AROUND 3-10 BUSINESS DAYS TO ARRIVE. THE SHIPPING WILL BE FREE IN SWEDEN, SINCE STREETWISE HAVE THEIR OFFICE LOCATED THERE. WE APOLOGIZE IN ADVANCE FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE CAUSED BY THESE DELAYS AND APPRECIATE YOUR PATIENCE.

HOW DO I RETURN A PRODUCT?

  • FIRST STEP

Pack the product ideally in the original packaging, if you don’t have it, use a waterproof package that isn’t transparent.

  • SECOND STEP

Choose your return method, either print a return slip at home or do it at the drop-off point. Let us know when the shipment has been done.

  • THIRD STEP

You will find out when the package has arrived with us via a confirmation email and we will carefully examine the condition of the product.

Note that in the case of a return, you have to pay for the shipping yourself

WHEN WILL I HAVE MY REFUND?

It usually takes 5-7 working days from the time you send the package back, excluding the bank’s processing time. We will notify you when we have received the package and also when the refund has been made.
